Welcome to Montvale

A thriving residential and business center

This small borough, home to about 7,000 residents, is a close-knit residential community in addition to being a major business hub. Large corporations such as Sharp Corporation and Benjamin Moore have their headquarters in the borough, while major operation centers of companies like Ingersoll, Pentax, and KPMG are also here. The thriving businesses in the town’s bounds help bring vitality and diversity to the area, but its residential areas are quiet, suburban neighborhoods with a wide array of beautiful homes in varying styles, including a mix of townhomes and single-family homes. Montvale is a great place to live for those who seek a mix of metropolitan convenience and a classic suburban lifestyle.

Many choose to call Montvale home thanks to the convenience of living near one of the many corporations that have major operations in the area. Montvale provides a small-town, suburban feel for families while saving them the stress of time spent on long commutes, but those who work in surrounding metro areas also appreciate coming home each night to this town’s unique charm.

Dining, Entertainment & Shopping

Montvale offers a wide variety of shopping options for residents. The Shoppes at DePiero Farm are a popular shopping spot and are home to the first Wegmans in Northern New Jersey. Another favorite is Aldo & Gianni - Delpino Restaurant, a long-time Montvale favorite that serves Italian dishes and drinks, as well as hosting special events and offering catering services.
